	<title>Credit Cards</title>
	<description>
Just like eating too much chocolate, spending too much money on your credit cards can be unhealthy, leading to some serious and painful credit card debts . Both you and your credit card end up with expanded waist lines, a pimpled complexion, and an addiction that's hard to get over. Although easy to love, the evils of overeating chocolate or overusing your credit cards can come with long term affects. You won't be able to fit you favorite jeans anymore and well, if your credit cards are maxed out, you won't be able to buy another pair anytime soon.

It tastes good and makes you feel good for some time, but that's about it
There are no real long term benefits from overspending on your credit cards, that is, as long as you pay off your balance in full every month. Taking off piece by piece every bill cycle will only result in your balance growing bigger and more uncontrollably by the month. If you already suffer from accumulating too much debt from your credit cards, consider these two diets to help reduce those double chins and credit thighs:

  Try bad credit credit cards. They are specifically designed for those who repeatedly get credit card rejections in the mail and work as a "credit builder" to help you redeem yourself with credit card companies.
  As opposed to unsecured credit cards, look into the offers that are available with secured credit cards which allows you the same purchasing power, but with only one requirement of opening and maintaining a savings account.
 Low interest credit cards are popular with those needing to carry one balance over to another card in order to avoid those high interest rates.
  Another option would be prepaid credit cards, which are a convenient way to control credit card debt while still flexing a little muscle with the plastic.

Credit Cards vs. Chocolate
Just like chocolate, a certain health warning should be attached to all credit cards whether they are low in fat or not. You'd be surprised how many calories can be consumed with Visa credit cards and Chase credit cards everyday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Opening up your credit card statement to find a huge bill to be paid and then escaping your debt troubles with a huge chunk of chocolate is not going to help you much either. Take the high road and satisfy your cravings for a spend-feast with either a prepaid credit card or secured credit card or a carrot stick instead.

Control your spendings, otherwise prepare yourself to run a marathon of work in order to pay off your excesses. Just like chocolate with nuts and raisins, credit cards can satisfy your tastebuds as well, as long as their the fat-free type. American Express credit cards are a perfect way to get started on building your credit.

Heeding all of this advice can really save you a lot of trouble in the future, and the near future that is. Because if you overspend on your credit cards, it will catch up with you very quickly. That interest rate can make quite an increase in your overall debt in no time, flat! Taking care of your financial future and your own hard-earned money means handling your Discover credit cards with the utmost respect.
